Discussions were held with lawyer Graziella GIOVIALE (“MariaGrazia”), sister of the CONVICTED FRAUDSTER in the “legal firm” GIOVIALE & Partners in Soverato, CARMINE VINCENZO GIOVIALE (“Enzo GIOVIALE”), the former “lawyer” STRUCK OFF the bar association. Indeed, the incident involving the handing over of the sum of 60,000.00 Euros to lawyer GIOVIALE was confirmed by Procopio Giuseppe (known as “Pino”) (witness admitted under Art. 507 of the Code of Criminal Procedure), who witnessed the event: the witness, heard at the hearing, reported that he had indeed advised the victim DEFRAUDED by GIOVIALE, a friend who had expressed the need to invest a substantial sum of money, to turn to “Enzo” GIOVIALE.
